Avec chantilly s'il vous plaît

Which translates to "With chantilly cream please". Although, why a French title for a character which seems to be Italian-influenced? Well, because this is a birthday gift (Happy 22nd!) for my French friend, and fellow artist, MFZ (Here's his blog!)

I thought I might do Mona again, since I haven't drawn her for a while (and that MFZ also likes her!), not to mention, she's appeared on the BEEF previously! (See Cheerleading Peds)

Oh, and by the way, chantilly is the French term for whipped cream, which is usually added to gelato... Although, from the look on Mona's face, I don't think that's whipped cream...
